    The ocean is a big part of our story—our brand was born in Oceanside and Carlsbad, CA, and our products are inspired by the tranquility and beauty of the beach.     Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days. We are happy to assist you!

  • 7. How long does it take to get my order?

    We appreciate your order and want you to receive it as soon as possible! We pride ourselves on a quick turnaround time, and usually ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, if not the same day! We pack and ship all orders Monday through Friday. During peak seasons and sales, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. Reach out if you need it sooner & we will do what we can to make sure you receive it in time!

  • 8. Are your products made for sensitive skin?

    We create our products to be gentle and mild, and source our ingredients with this in mind. Our hope is that our customers with the most sensitive of skin will love and enjoy using our products. However, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend using a small amount of any skin care product in a concentrated area before full use to determine which products work well with your skin.

    Yes! Our Pure Calm bar soap, Pure Calm Body Butter, Pure Calm bath bomb are all made without fragrance or color.

    No, we do not test on animals.

    We use a combination of olive oil, coconut oil and soybean oil. This combination leads to a bar soap that lathers well and provides additional moisturizing properties without stripping the skin.

    No, our handmade bar soap is designed for use on your hands, body, and even face. Each bar is crafted with gentle, skin-loving ingredients to cleanse and nourish your skin, making it versatile for everyday use.
